 Egg Delivery Penalties (ECI)

The following excerpt is taken verbatim from the ECI website.

Shell Eggs - The buyer is required to accept loads meeting destination requirements if they arrive within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. On loads delivered by the seller which arrive after the scheduled time, but not more than two (2) hours late, a penalty of ½ cent per dozen will be applied to the seller. There will be a penalty of 1 cent per dozen on such loads arriving more than two (2) hours late but within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.-eci website-
